A Classic with a Kick! 🌟🍋

I’ve always loved Caesar salad—the simple, bold ingredients that just work together perfectly. But let’s be honest, store-bought dressing just isn’t as good, and has ingredients with more letters than the alphabet. That’s why I make this quick & easy Caesar dressing — it’s my go-to for every Caesar, whether I’m keeping it traditional or turning it into a smoky, grilled masterpiece. Plus, it’s way better than anything you buy in the store!

And here’s the fun part: you can easily amp up the flavor with a few simple tweaks to make it even more irresistible.

Ingredients: (Makes 4 servings)

  • 1/2 cup mayo (the creamy base)
  • 2 tbsp good olive oil (rich and fruity)
  • 1.5 tsp Dijon (adds tang and depth)
  • Juice of half a lemon (for that zesty brightness)
  • 2 splashes Worcestershire sauce (for that umami oomph)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely grated (because raw garlic is a game-changer)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (freshly ground for extra punch)

Pro tip: For an extra layer of flavor, add an anchovy (finely chopped). Whisk everything together until smooth and taste—adjust salt if needed.

Try with my Grilled Caesar Salad!
